Meg Wellby
Meg has an extensive sporting background, she is a competitive Olympic weightlifter who has represented Australian at the World Championships. Meg is passionate about educating members on their technique, to ensure they are able to well execute exercises to feel safe, strong and empowered. She enjoys coaching both beginners and experienced weightlifters. Meg will go to any length to ensure your training to your potential every session.

Luke Wells
Luke is a young active coach with a growing bank of knowledge. Luke enjoys learning about the biomechanics of weightlifting and inspires to improve clients athletic performance and body awareness to assist their chances of moving around the bar more efficiently. He is a competitive Olympic weightlifter and CrossFit athlete who has represented Queensland at the National Championships.
