Weightlifting is for everyone, young and old. At Berserker barbell club you'll be supported by knowledgeable coaches, this is the best way to start learning Olympic weightlifting. Our coaches have adequate experience, and can provide you with direction that will help you along your way.
Do you compete in CrossFit? Are you looking to improve your weightlifting? Join us! Our coaches will assist you with cues to improve your technique, from beginner to advanced. Get involved — you'll love it!
Training programs will suit athletes with experience, levels from novice to advanced. Our training program is based on 3 days per week. Programs are designed to prepare athletes for competition in Olympic Weightlifting.
